Ferroelectric Domains in YrMnO3

YMnO3, z-cut, single crystal Ferroelectric Domains in YrMnO3 Bright and dark areas correspond to positively and negatively polariszed domains. The meeting point of always 3 bright and 3 dark domains are topological defects and named ferroelectric vortices.
