BiFeO3/La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/BiFeO3 film grown on SrTiO3 single crystal Ferroelectric Domains in BiFeO3 thin film. Bright and dark areas correspond to left and right orientation of the spontanous polariszed polarization. Intermediate level corresponds to inplane orientations of the spontaneous polarization along the cantilever.
