RSI_SRI. CNT on SiO2 sample

Carbon nanotubes on SiO2. BV applied to sample. RSI + SRI scan. Seems that on Current Image we can distinguish 2 separate nanotubes (horizontal tube). On corresponding Stiffness Image we see that this tube is softer.
